This addition and remodel is for an interior design showroom and warehouse.  The original single story masonry warehouse (6,000sf) was built in the 1960s.  We added a second story element (4,000sf) for storage and offices.  It will be comprised of moment and braced frames supported on retrofitted existing CMU walls and new foundations.
